Privacy notice
This notice covers boopi.online. It does not cover a property's own website, and it does not cover the staff sign-in.
The contact form
If you send a message, Boopi stores your name, email address, organisation if you gave one, the kind of property you operate, and the message. The page address is stored with it. The raw IP address is not stored. A hash of it is kept so the same address cannot send an unlimited number of messages.
The message is read by the Boopi team so they can reply. It does not create a reservation, and it is not sent to a property. A check on the form is processed by Cloudflare.
How long it is kept
The message stays while the team is answering it. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion. Use the contact form or write to admin@boopi.online from the same email address.
Staff sign-in
Staff sign in on the admin host with a Google account that a manager has already invited. That sign-in is separate from this website.
