Today
Late arrivals, today's arrivals, and the next few days. Departures that should have left, today's check-outs, and who is still in house.
What staff can do today. No prices, and nothing listed here that is not built.

A row per unit, a column per night. Reservations, maintenance blocks, and requests. Switch to the month, or see which units are free.
Open a reservation for the guest, the nights, the invoice, the services, check-in, and check-out. Notes stay on the reservation.
A guest asks for dates. Staff accept or decline. Accepting reserves the unit. If the unit was taken, nothing is double-booked.
Check in from the arrival list. Check-out asks first when the guest leaves before the booked morning, or stays extra nights. Extra nights go on the invoice when the unit is free.
A code for the reservation. It starts on the arrival day at your check-in time, or earlier if the guest arrives early. It ends on the departure day at check-out time. Cancel or no-show turns it off.
The guest stays. The customer is who the invoice is for. Phone, country, tax number, and address can be saved with a new reservation. The same person is not added twice when the email, phone, tax number, or name already matches.
One draft invoice opens with the reservation, lodging already on it. Add a service, a discount, or a different bill-to name while it is open. When it is paid, it locks.
Cash, card, transfer, MB Way, Multibanco, cheque, IBAN, and Tickie. A payment can settle an invoice or sit as credit on a customer.
A PDF with your logo, address, phone, and website, the lines, the VAT, and the amount due. A code on the page lets the guest download that file. It is a copy for the guest, not a certified tax document.
How the nights were filled, which channel they came from, and how the money arrived. The next two weeks show nights already reserved, not a forecast.
Raise or lower the nightly rate for a period, such as a holiday week. The rate copied onto a reservation does not change when you edit the catalog later.
Houses and rooms, grouped in buildings. Beds, baths, occupancy, photos, and a nightly rate.
A unit with a guest in house needs a quick clean. A departure needs a deep clean. Create today's list, or let the midnight run write it. Running it again does not duplicate the jobs. Cleaning does not take the unit off sale.
A job can name a building, then a unit in that building, or neither. A named unit blocks those nights. A job with no unit leaves the unit on sale.
Direct, phone, your website, or a channel you add. The reservation keeps the channel it came from.
Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, and a manager. Each role sees the parts of the system that role needs.
Switch property and the units, guests, and invoices change with it. One login can be invited to many properties.
